DO → look at all the floor plans
DON’T → forget about added expenses like upgrades
DO → start under budget
DON’T → purchase a new build without a realtor
DO → research builders in your area
DON’T → expect everything to be perfect - hiccups happen, especially in construction!
DO → try and be patient during the building process
DON’T → be afraid to ask questions
DO → consider location and school district
DON’T → build the nicest home on the block
